Delete your account

You can delete your Proof It account from inside the app at any time.

In the app

1. Open Proof It and log in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

You can download a copy of your data from Settings first.

If you can't open the app

Email hello@prooftous.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it's you.

What gets deleted

We delete your profile, proofs, photos, goals, comments, messages and other account data from our active systems, and your subscriber record from RevenueCat. Copies in backups are removed as those backups are overwritten in the normal cycle. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or where they're needed to deal with abuse or a legal claim. Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings first.
